The overall complex construction is of traditional concrete foundations and floor, concrete tilt panel exterior walls and dividing walls, steel purlins with foil lining and lean to galvanised iron roof profile. To the front of each unit is a tilt garage door (domestic type) whilst in some cases, the workshop units have glazed aluminium joinery (ranchslider and windows). There are communal toilets being WC and wash hand basin.
Sizeable Selection
The complex provides 53 storage facilities of which four are of workshop size being in excess of 80 m2, four units from 28 m2 through to 42 m2 with
the remainder being conventional standard units of 25.20 m2 or
7 metres x 3.6 metres.
